Simon is an experienced real estate and business professional. He is the owner of a residential property portfolio acquired over the last decade and the founder of multiple companies. Through raising finance by various means for his own ventures as well as his partners, it became apparent that he could add value to his network by founding 978 Bridging Ltd.

His strength in building relationships with a diverse array of professionals has allowed 978 Bridging to quickly become one of the most diverse brokerages in the UK, with the backing of a wide array of private funders and niche lenders as well as strong support from the more conventional marketplace.

Our Case Manager Hammad recently graduated from Richmond University in London with a degree in Business Management and Finance. Whilst studying for his degree, he particularly enjoyed the modules on corporate finance, legal and ethical as well as compliance and regulation. A keen sportsman, it was here at Richmond University that Hammad also ran and captained the Football Society.

Hammad enjoys a fast paced, high pressured environment which is one of the reasons he was attracted to the role here at 978 Bridging. He also likes to give back to his community having previously volunteered at a homeless shelter as well as taking part in various fund-raising events for local causes.

Nikki has a varied background in Business Administration and Office Management. She has previously worked as a Sales & Marketing Manager and Business Development Manager selling SaaS (Software as a Service) and has also been a manager in General Practice for the NHS.

She has created and implemented various systems, processes, training and induction plans and both organised and coordinated many different company events and conferences. Nikki has always been interested in property development and is keen to expand her knowledge whilst contributing to the growth and success of 978 Bridging Ltd.

Natasha has previously worked as an Assistant Underwriter in the commercial insurance industry. Having graduated from the Utrecht University in the Netherlands in 2016 with a degree in Law and Economics, she has since obtained a Cii Level 3 Certificate in Insurance with the Chartered Insurance Institute.

She has a significant working knowledge of financial and insurance markets, a high degree of experience in customer service and managing customer expectations. She is also fluent in Russian and has a good level of conversational Spanish.
